Some of the work that keeps a listing moving is the same every single time. Where that is true, we would rather write software than do it twice. This is what we are building now.

A floor plan from a walkthrough.

Walk the house with an iPhone and get a measured floor plan with room dimensions and total square footage. Built because ordering plans separately was costing us a day.

Why we build it

We are the first customer, so it has to work.

This came out of a real backlog on a real deadline — ordering floor plans separately was costing us a day on every listing. It gets used on our own shoots before it goes anywhere near anyone else's.
