Commerce, TX · Photography since 2001
We photograph what matters to Northeast Texas.
Homes that need to sell. Families that keep growing. Businesses that want to look like they mean it. One studio, and every frame finished by the person who shot it.
What we shoot

For real estate agents
Most buyers see the photographs before they see the house.
Rooms lit so they read the way they feel standing in them. Straight verticals, true colour, windows that still show what is outside. HDR interiors, twilight exteriors, aerials, 3D tours, floor plans and walkthrough video — every asset a listing needs, from one visit.

Who we are
A working studio, not an agency.
Joe and Emily Shipman have photographed every kind of day in Hunt County — closings, senior years, first looks and last dances. Five kids, a golden retriever and two cats, on ten acres with a barn, a pond and a '55 Chevy that has been in more family photos than most of the family.
Meet the teamStraight answers
Asked and answered- How fast do you deliver real-estate photos?
- Most listings shot during the day are delivered the next morning, edited and sized for both MLS and the web. Bigger properties, twilight shoots and jobs including video or a 3D tour can take longer — we tell you which when you book. Rush delivery is available when a listing has to go live immediately.
- What area do you cover?
- We work out of Commerce, Texas and cover roughly fifty miles around it — Greenville, Sulphur Springs, Rockwall, Royse City and most of Northeast Texas. Sessions inside twenty miles carry no travel charge; beyond that it is a dollar a mile, quoted before you book.
- How much does a family or senior session cost?
- A standard hour-long session is $350 at our ten-acre location in Commerce, or $400 off-site. Multi-generational sessions start at $500, and senior sessions at $350. Advanced editing is $30 an image and each additional outfit is $50. Texas sales tax of 8.25% applies.
- What do wedding packages cost?
- Five collections: Wedding Lite at $1,500 for four hours, Bronze $1,900, Silver $2,250, Gold $2,700, and Premier Platinum at $3,400 for up to twelve hours with an engagement or bridal session included. A 50% down payment is requested on all wedding bookings.
- How much are business headshots?
- A $150 session fee plus $30 per edited image, with a print release provided. We shoot indoor studio or natural light, at your office or ours. Texas sales tax of 8.25% applies.
- How long do wedding photos take?
- A sneak-peek set lands within the first week. The complete edited album takes six to eight weeks after the wedding.
- Do you fly a drone legally?
- Yes — we fly FAA-certified. Aerial work on a listing is quoted and booked with the rest of the shoot at booking.luminouspro.com.
- Can I print and share my photos?
- Yes. Every gallery comes with a personal print release — you can print, share, post or reproduce your photos without restriction. Professional prints from 4×6 to 24×36 can be ordered through the gallery.
- Do you offer 3D tours and floor plans?
- Yes — Matterport and Zillow 3D tours, plus accurate 2D floor plans, all bookable alongside the photography at booking.luminouspro.com.
